clean room helpful staff great location heavy bags worn bed broken lights

The room was clean. The location is very convenient near transportation hubs. The staff was nice and helpful to me (i really appreciated their assistance). The provided towels and soaps were a plus.

The stairs were difficult to manage with heavy bags. The bed felt a bit worn. Some lights in the room were not working properly.

A fairly located hotel near the station

kind staff great location easy walk breakfast organisation broken elevator outdated facilities

The staff displayed GREAT kindness and proved very helpful . The location has undeniable convenience near Termini station. This made public transport access simple. The hotel is also an easy walk to the centre. This was a great advantage.

Breakfast was not organised very well. Plates and spoons needed requesting. The elevator remained fully broken. The hotel is on the third and fourth floors. The building shows its age. Facilities look outdated.
